ADMISSION

Admission Procedure

Application Form:

Application form is granted from Classes Pre.K.G to IX. Parents seeking admission for their children have to get the prescribed application form from the School Office. Application form for admission will be issued from January to April.


Procedure for Admissiom:

The application form and prospectus may be obtained from the school office with the following particulars:


  1. Name of Candidate
  2. Name of school last studied
  3. Class to which admission is sought
  4. Date of Birth
  5. Occupation of parent
  6. Permanent address and address for communication

Submission Of Aplication Form:

The filled-in application forms should reach the school office for registration within 15 days from issuance.


Instruction For Filling Up The Application Form

  • The application form is to be signed only by the father of the student. If not, the mother or guardian should sign the application.
  • Full permanent address / residential address must be shown clearly.
  • Parent’s occupation and office address also be furnished. The details furnished in the filled in application form should be correct in all aspects. Any discrepancy or supply of false information may lead rejection of the application.
  • Father’s and Mother’s full name should be written without any spelling error


Visiting Hours:

The school academic session for all grades from KG to X will be from April to March but, the month of May will be declared as summer vacation. The school will function on all working days except Sundays and public holidays. The Academic year comprises of two terms.

  • First Term : April to September

    11.30 a.m. – 12.10 p.m. IV period
    12.10 p.m. – 12.40 p.m. Lunch break
    12.40 p.m. – 01.20 p.m. V period
    01.20 p.m. – 02.00 p.m. VI period
    02.00 p.m. – 02.10 p.m. Break
    02.10 p.m. – 02.50 p.m. VII period
    02.50 p.m. – 03.30 p.m. VIII period
    03.30 p.m. – 03.45 p.m. coaching period

    Visitting Hours:

    On appointment, Visitors can meet the Principal / Administrator on all working days between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
